I have recently returned home following a trip to Vietnam.  We were very pleased to meet you in HCMC, and would like to thank you for your kind gift.

I believe that credit should be given where it is deserved, so I am writing to say that we were very happy with the local guides & drivers, and they should be commended for the service they gave.

In particular, I would like to say that Thai (Bao Dang), our young guide in Hue was outstanding in his attitude, courtesy & professionalism.  He even took the time to learn our names, a personal touch which which was very much appreciated.   I hope that you will congratulate him on a job well done.

Bumblebee Travel in Ho Chi Minh City recently organised a holiday to Vietnam for our two families – 4 adults and 4 children in total. We cannot recommend Thu Thuy Truong and her staff highly enough. Bumblebee organised many of our hotels, transfers and tours, and without exception they were delivered to the highest standard.

From our initial email, Thu Thuy went out of her way to ensure that our holiday was the best it could be. Bumblebee were at all times, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thu Thuy gave us insightful advice on the structure of our itinerary, intimate knowledge of the hotels she recommended and several pricing options from which we could choose. The tours and transfers she organised were all in comfortable, air conditioned buses, with professional, knowledgeable and fun guides and drivers. She organised an unforgettable experience for us on Halong Bay.

Unfortunately, we didn’t take all of the advice that Thu Thuy had to offer, and, on the few occasions that we did make our own decisions, our choices were disastrous. On these occasions Thu Thuy graciously and without question, made other arrangements for us.

We had an amazing holiday in Vietnam, and can say without doubt that this was thanks to Thu Thuy and the staff at Bumblebee Travel. We are delighted to recommend them to you.
